Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
John Fay is Chief Executive Officer of BirchStreet Systems, leading the company’s mission to be the leading P2P platform for the hospitality industry. Over the past two decades, he has built growth-oriented software businesses by developing high-performing teams known for innovation, execution, and customer focus. John’s leadership centers on SaaS network-based platforms that deliver end-to-end process digitalization, analytics, connectivity, and user-friendly applications to drive ROI for stakeholders. Previously, he served as CEO and senior executive across global SaaS platforms including TrueCommerce and INTTRA, and held leadership roles at Newedge LLC, Instinet, and Island ECN. He began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Goldman Sachs. John holds an MBA from NYU Stern and is an inactive CPA (Maryland). He serves on the Board of Trustees of Gettysburg College and previously chaired the Board of Trustees for Morristown Beard School.
